To be seriously considered for a TBM trip, you must download and mail the APPLICATION (along with application processing fee), CODE OF CONDUCT and CONFIDENTIAL RECOMMENDATION to the TBM headquarters.  The TRAVEL RELEASE must be submitted upon your acceptance to a team.

NOTE:  Not all applicants are accepted.  Trail Blazer training is mandatory in order to participate on the mission field (no exceptions).
